Supta baddha konasana with strap
Sukhasana R leg forward fold
Suhkasana L foot forward fold
Supta tadasana at wall, adjustment to level hips
Supta pada gustansaana
Drop right leg
Thread the needle. Ankle fully crosses thigh!
Repeat on left
Alot of quietude. No poems or candlelight
