Upavista Konasana
Supta Baddha Konasana hips strapped
Legs up the wall ankles strapped
if you only have 5 minutes a super powerful pose
some call it a mudra
slide legs down the wall, roll onto one side
Supta pascimottasana with strap around thighs
Savasana bolster under knees
